Our first deployment is Smart Sifty and its related sub-brands, focused on recruiting/workforce decisions and the related and increasing regulatory environment.
Smart Sifty sifts, sorts and ranks high volumes of CVs and resumes at scale and speed. It 'red flags' possible integrity concerns, fake CVs, misrepresentation and indicators of possible malicious actors, for human review. Critically, it also addresses regulatory and compliance challenges, helping mitigate legal, compliance, regulatory, reputational and financial risk.
For every candidate decision and recommendation, Smart Sifty instantly produces an audit trail with a written explanation and scored assessment, at scale and speed, while preserving meaningful human oversight.
The immediate priority is to continue building sufficient market traction for this product family.
Once that traction is well established, CortX will launch a second deployment into an already identified new market, followed by further deployments as the business grows. Each will build on the same core platform, shaped around the needs of its customers.
